Extended Stay America Suites- Chicago - Buffalo Grove - Deerfield

Thim helped me with the reservation for my granddaughter last Friday because the confirmation got lost. He cleared u I the issue. The manager Mark helped me log on to send this review. He's always friendly and helpful. The laundry room is always clean. The location is next to Wholefoods grocery store. So convenient.

I appreciate the managers kindness and understanding to always help us adjust whenever theres a slight issue on payment. Always super helpful and friendly. I appreciate him looking out for everyone! Love the entire staff members and housekeepers! Great location also! Omer was very helpful since our first day when you check in make sure to mention him or if you ever see him. He help us have a very lower rate by which helped a lot!! Overall the entire staffs working there and the manager has been very welcoming and helpful since our arrivals! Awesome manager, Awesome maids and working staffs!! I respect the work and assistance each staff brings, it helps keep things running smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the housekeepers they very helpful and always do a great job!

We were assisted by the General Manager, Mark, who was exceptionally helpful, customer-service oriented, and attentive to our needs. He was highly professional while also demonstrating genuine empathy, which made the experience especially positive.

We had an issue at another ESA and they were unprofessional and unwilling to help. I came to this location and met with Joe and Mark. I told them our issue over at the other ESA. Mark and Joe were on top of the issue and quickly got it resolved and got us a room for the rest of our stay. We cannot thank them enough for making our trip possible. ESA got two of the best employees!

Great place everyone is so nice and so helpful. If you have to be away from home this is definitely the place to stay. I am disabled and Mark and Joe have made my stay here absolutely amazing! I never need for anything i always have fresh linens and towels they had clean brand new pots and pans and silverware for me upon arrival even when they are so busy they always stop and help me with what i need. If you need a long term stay or just a few days you wont be disappointed staying here in buffalo grove. To Mark , Joe and Thim thank you so much for a great stay. if you have to be away from home this is the place to do it !

Friendly helpful staff, extremely reasonable weekly rate, clean, quiet petite suite with kitchenette, great bathroom, tub and unlimited Hot water, well lit parking lot. Convenient laundry room, attentive housekeeping and repair, well placed cameras on the inside. Good DirecTV selections. Neighboring attractions include Sky Fitness, an upscale health club with spa amenities, and Woodman's giant 24-hour market. A special thanks to GM Mark for his enthusiasm and professionalism. Additional thanks to Joe and Tim for great customer service. The staff fortunately does enforce the interior non-smoking policy with fines and termination of stay, but it's hard for them to keep the cigarette smokers away from the entrance

Buffalo Grove, Illinois. There was coffee, tea and hot chocolate in lobby by the front desk. From 6-9:30 a.m. Plus oatmeal, muffins and bars. No daily housekeeping. Cable television, kitchenette with supplies for cooking. Microwave, cook top with 2 electric burners and mid- size fridge. Laundry in lobby. Vending machine. Pets allowed.

I've stayed here a couple of times and it's always been a really good experience. The rooms are very clean affordable And staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Guest are always super friendly too. I highly recommend this place. I also love that it comes with a full kitchen and staff provides kitchen supplies on request. And the disability accessible rooms are actually accessible especially the bathrooms.
